Guidelines to make your visit exceptional

Please read our policies prior to booking

Text messages and/or Direct Messages on social media are NOT accepted as a form of communication for appointment updates, canceling, or rescheduling, NO exceptions.

Reservations Policy

Reservations for any service may be made up to eight weeks in advance and may be canceled or rescheduled according to our cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is due upon booking any service.

 No Show Policy

We have reserved your specific time and service exclusively for you; therefore, we require 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation!

 If less than 24-hour notice is given or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged in full for your scheduled session (your deposit will go towards the remaining balance). You may reschedule for a new date for equal services within 24 hours of your missed appointment, subject to availability.

Anyone who does not reschedule within 24 hours from the missed service will automatically forfeit the amount charged for cancellation, including the deposit.

 Cancellation Policy

 If you wish to cancel or reschedule any service with more than 24-hour notice, you may conveniently do so via the confirmation email we sent you upon booking. Or, feel free to give us a call during regular business hours, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 If for any reason, The Skin Connect needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given to the client.

 Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to our personalized client care and services, The Skin Connect cannot guarantee to hold your scheduled appointment if you are late. If you notify us ahead of time, we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly, however, we cannot guarantee to hold your spot after 15 minutes regardless of how in advance you may have notified us.

 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule you for a later time or day, subject to availability. Clients’ who arrive after their scheduled time will be charged in full for their session and may reschedule for the same service (your deposit will go towards the remaining balance).

Anyone who does not reschedule within 24 hours from the missed service will automatically forfeit the amount charged for cancellation including your deposit.
